1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By booking a tour with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Booking & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit is required to secure your reservation. Full payment must be made 30 days prior to the tour date. We accept various payment methods including credit cards and bank transfers.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 30 days are subject to a cancellation fee of 50%. No refunds for cancellations within 7 days of departure.

4. Liability & Insurance

AiTrip is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the tour, except where caused by our negligence. We strongly recommend all travelers to purchase comprehensive travel insurance.

5. Health & Safety

You must disclose any medical conditions or dietary requirements at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse participation if we believe it may compromise the safety of the group.

6. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and relevant data protection laws.

7. Changes to Itinerary

While we make every effort to adhere to the itinerary, we reserve the right to make changes due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, road closures, or other safety concerns.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
